You can make your own anti-static spray that will leave out the sticky part. Start by making your own anti-static spray with 8oz. of water in a spray bottle. Then add one tablespoon of rubbing alcohol and one tablespoon of fabric softener. You will find this home made mixture will reduce the static on your carpet and also help make your room smell fresh.
